Shipping Information

Merchandise is shipped within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Normal delivery is within 3-10 days. Shipping is domestic within the U.S. only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Action Figures and Collectible Toys does not ship internationally. Orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail (usually) or USPS Standard Post (rarely) in carefully packaged boxes. This web site's shopping cart includes a shipping calculator. Enter your zip code for a quick shipping estimate.

Payment Information

Payments made to this store are collected by Amazon Services, which disperses funds to this seller after an order has been fulfilled. This seller receives only a shipping address to send the package to before payment is released. Your credit card information and addresses are stored and kept private by Amazon Services. Orders placed through this store are covered by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee.

Cancelling Orders

After placing an order, you have 30 minutes to cancel it. After 30 minutes, you can email us expressing your wish to cancel the order. We will be able to honor that request as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Return Policy

The buyer must contact Actions Figures and Collectible Toys (AFACT) within 14 days after receipt of the merchandise. Please return the item back to the shipping address we will provide. After receipt of the returned merchandise, AFACT will refund the purchase and original shipping price.

We provide a lot of minor details in our listings so that you will know exactly what you are getting. We can also produce photos of the items you are interested in upon request.
