Adventures of G.I. Joe Challenge at Hawk River (African-American) 12-Inch Action Figure

In 1998 Hasbro released this Challenge at Hawk River set which includes a 12-inch G.I. Joe with "life-like" hair and beard, a raft with a paddle, a grappling hook launcher, a flashlight, a life-jacket, a wetsuit, a hawk, a rope, and dog tags.

This set is new in a very good box with few minor creases. See pictures.
