Combat Belt Batman Action Figure from Batman: The Animated Series

This very rare Combat Belt Batman figure is from Kenner's 1992 Batman: The Animated Series. The figure comes with firing grappling hook, batarang missile, and handcuffs.

The figure is new in an otherwise very good package with a crease on the lower corner. The blister tray has a very light yellow tint so far, although it could darken over time.
