G.I. Joe 40th Anniversary Action Sailor with Frogman (Caucasian) 12-Inch Action Figure Set 2nd in a Series

This 40th Anniversary set includes a reproduction of the original Action Sailor figure with special frogman accessories. The set includes a three-piece scuba suit, swim fins, a face mask, scuba tanks, a dept gauge, miniature dynamite, a knife, a scabbard, and a Navy manual. The figure's coffin box comes with a 12-inch figure in a fatigue uniform,  a PVC fatigue hat, boots, dog tags, a Navy manual, and an insignias sheet. This is the 2nd set in the 40th Anniversary series.

This set is new in a very good box with a few scuffs and other minor flaws.
