G.I. Joe State Trooper (Caucasian)

This rare 2004 State Trooper set includes a 12-inch G.I. Joe, a hat, an insignia coat with shoulder epaulets, pants with red striping, boots, a pistol and a clip, a diagonal belt, a whistle, a radio, and a shotgun.

This figure is new in a package with some damage (creasing and light card separation) at the top. The blister has a small dent on the top corner. The rest of the package is very good. See pictures.
